With an intranet from Centercom you get an efficient internal information flow, giving the organization an opportunity to easily access and share timely and important information.
In the intranet:

• Each individual can easily create Web pages and news according to their user rights.
• All employees can easily handle documents with version control and check-in check-out functionality.
• Selected information from other business systems are shown to chosen target groups.

Access privileges can be distributed within the organisation, granting access levels to individuals, groups or organisational units. They can be handled separately in SiteManager, or synchronised with the company‘s existing directory service, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Windows NT domain, etc.
